Hobbywing QUICRUN 880 Waterproof ESC for Dual Brushed Motors

The QR880 DUAL Brushed ESC is a versatile product suitable for 1:8 / 1:10 vehicles. Its waterproof and dustproof design makes it suitable for all weather races, but users must remember to remove the cooling fan before using it in water. After use, it is crucial to clean and dry the connectors promptly to prevent rusting.

The ESC's heat dissipation is enhanced by HOBBYWING's patented copper heat-conductive plates attached to the MOSFET board, which quickly transfer internal heat to the aluminum heat sink. The built-in switch-mode BEC provides a continuous current of 4A.

The QR880 DUAL Brushed ESC offers adjustable features to cater to different vehicles, tracks, and control preferences. Users can tune the drag brake and drag brake rate, adjust the PWM frequency, and choose from 9 levels of acceleration/punch and brake force settings.

Multiple protection features are built-in, including low-voltage cutoff, thermal protection, and throttle signal loss protection. The separate programming port allows easy connection to the HOBBYWING LED Program Card (sold separately) for ESC programming.

The WP-880-DUAL BRUSHED ESC has two outputs to drive two motors simultaneously. When using this feature, the turn of the motors needs to be increased. The ESC supports brushed motors (540, 550, 775 size) and can be used with 2-4S LiPo or 5-12S NiMH batteries. The BEC output is 6V@4A (switch-mode).

The input end of the ESC does not have any connectors, while the output end features 4.0mm female bullet connectors. The overall dimensions of the ESC are 45.934.726.5mm, and it weighs 75g.
